As is usually the case every season....All GBP has is top ten rated fighters. Yet we had one of the last draft options.

Why? One word: Competent and comprehensive management. Attending to every detail, and only engaging in the best fights week after week. We set the benchmark for quality.

Each of our fighters are facing undefeated fighters AGAIN this week. We have given more fighters their first defeat this season...than all other training camps COMBINED. While at the same time giving new names a shot at the brass ring.

And that....is simply another brick in the stone solid legacy that is GBP.

I'm running this on Tuesday, all unanswered challenges will be signed.

Kevo PM'd me, he says he wants his fighters to teach Chavez a lesson, he feels it's up to his stable to set a precedent that no management team should ever be bullied by an over reaching team of commissioners.

I attempted to talk sense to him, and persuade him to give Chavez a break, since Julio is simply being hired by FOL and Crease, to do a job, and it's really not his fault that he's been asked to be such a jerk.

But...the bearded one was hearing none of it.


So I guess just put his fighters in with Chavez. Though I hope he drops by and changes his mind.

Knowing Kevo, he may not even remember that he asked me to do this for him as his memory appears to be suspect at best.. But I never falter when it comes to doing a friend a favor. I hope he appreciates my loyalty, and commitment to purposeful action.

Noni will pass on Jofre's generosity. He is has been a bit too busy with his good lady and therefore feels his 'legs' aren't quite 'there yet'.

Eder Jofre is free to fight any fighter this week and his WBO Title shall not be on the line. Through no fault of his own, Mr Jofre has not been willing to get a title defence as his challengers refused the shot.

So, the title isn't on the line - and regardless of the result - Jofre will enter next week as WBO Champion.

Then let it be Julio Cesar Chavez!
