I think he will get into the US, but will have problems along the way.

If she can't get in, without a conviction, Joshua's struggling, whatever he had on him, it must have been a bit bigger than some weed, you only get a caution for that, unless it wasn't the first time he'd been caught with it, in which case his record will be a bit longer.

Or maybe they do not want to set a legal precedent by allowing entry to someone outside of the criteria and it should not matter if he is a boxer wanting to fight over there. Many people want to go to the states for work reasons what are equally as important to them and their lives, even if their own profession is not something televised.

Or maybe they do not want to allow him entry to fight as that also allows him entry when he is not fighting and maybe he will knock out some weed on those occasions. Oh thats right, it is unheard of for boxers (or human beings) to revert to form.

Instead of getting peed at the system, how about looking at the fact Joshua is the one who broke the law and it is correct that he was only done for possession but there is strong evidence that he was flogging it too.

That was an odd one. Joshua has been sentenced, Nigella admitted to committing a crime in court, so supposedly the offence was still active.

Wladimir Klitchsko's profile in the United States is fairly strong as he has fought in the United States and has some of his fights on HBO's air such as Corrie Sanders' loss, plus he has fought Sam Peter, Calvin Brock and Tony Thompson on their air, and they also showed the David Haye as well. Plus his relationship with the American actress Hayden Panettiere has seen feature in the gossip pages as well as the sports pages.

As for Anthony Joshua being allowed to fight in the States with his conviction for intent to supply. It is too early to think about it yet as he has yet to fight for Area, English and British titles yet. So let's see Handsome Eddie get through those first.

As I understand it, Lawson was denied entry on the visa waiver program. She wasn't denied a visa.

Can is not will. It looks like its down to the US governments's discretion wether he is permitted or not. Since he is rich and famous he will probably be granted a Visa.

They make exceptions for people of importance, especially when they're proven not a threat or likely to offend (with Joshua is)

No, but wasn't there some issue about Mike Tyson not being allowed to fight in the UK in the lead up to him.... fighting in the UK.

There isn't. Tyson was legally allowed, it was pressure groups trying to stop it. Nothing really. It's the other way round over there, and they don't budge for anyone.
