I enjoy their interviews a lot, also don't mind the wide range of them - although I see an Eddie Hearn one where he did have a bit of a pop at them for interviewing everyone. The first Lee Froch one got a tonne of views, you never when someone might end up doing something interesting in the buildup or have a different perspective from the norm. Ultimately the big names they interview all get interviewed by the mainstream media anyway and just end up saying the same stuff. So they may as well mix in some lesser known people.
