I've had a real bad time in my mind over the last few weeks.a big part of me is willing me to turn life in.i guess boxing on would be a form of self harm.my big brother spelled a few home truths and sparring yesterday brought home the fact that its just not in me anymore. I do have the most beautiful kids and I'm determined not to go the same way as my friends the smith's and dean.people close to me tell me not to be so open but,it helps me. The mind can be a very complex thing. I've always had negative emotions. Even as a little boy. Boxing saved my life, also it has been a massive head eff.everytime people said I was a loser.it cut to the bone.its harder when I see boys I easily lived with in the ring whilst still pissed from the day before winning titles.you always think what could've been if I were dedicated. Depression is the hardest thing I've been against without a doubt.that said I was good at my job and reaching my goal was massive.anything else would ruin that.didnt envisage just being forgotten but life always just moves on!i will get my act together.i get knocked down.but I will get up again.
