He won his first belt against a talented, but unproven at world class, Ceja. He won his second title against Rachawat who is currently ranked at No. 69 by BoxRec.

McDonnell is a weak champ, as Moreno is the real WBA Champion.
Quigg is a weak champ, as Rigondeaux is the real WBA Champion.
Beat the real champ and they'll no longer be weak champs.

You may well be right, but surely fighters must be ranked on achievements rather than potential.

I don't get why people are ranking fighters at least partially based on what titles they have. Why should a title be any more impressive than what it took to win it?

McDonnell is one of the weakest two-time champions I can think of.

The thing is that if Frampton beats Kiko, then he will go 3rd with Quigg 4th and Mc Donnell 5th.

I just did not want to have Quigg two places higher at the top than Frampton because Frampton has been more impressive recently and I feel Frampton is the better fighter.

I have politely requested that Murray be moved lower down than 3rd. I was bluntly told "no".

As far as I can see he has not beaten anyone of note ever.

Macklin did a better job against Sturm and he ran an ageing Martinez close. Don't see how that warrants 3rd spot.

They have beaten better opponents than Murray has.

Macklin and Murray are about level in ability and achievement, that one is ranked so much higher than the other ought to be explained really. Murray is a very solid boxer but won't win a world title, if he boxed Golovkin he'd get the same as Macklin. Murray v Macklin would be a really good bout.
