P.S. Kovalev definitely needs to make sure that judges don't have their say, because they will not be fair.
This is an A & B conversation, at no point did I mention your name Ikey. This bigot is known to be a racist, he's even on a skinhead/hate website (proven).

He's not racist because he favors Kovalev, he's a bigot because he favors anyone because the color of their skin is white. You on the other hand are no more than a hate-filled bandwagon fan looking for anyone to KO Hopkins or Floyd.

For what it's worth, I'm a left liberal who loves everyone and discriminates against no-one

And I would be surprised if Bernard could last 12 rounds with Kovalev or Adonis

I'd love to see him manage it, but for me, the old man tactics can only stretch so far, those 2 are monsters

I would never go so far as anyone who picks Kovalev is picking simply because his skin is white (dude can crack) but this dude Freedom has only posted basically in threads where the fighter's skin happens to be white and the only praise he's heaped on someone who's black has been only in appearance to trick the forum into believing he's not a bigoted/racist.

He's a member of a neo-Nazi forum and you ought to read some of the things he stated there. Yes those two can punch but that is really their only major advantage over Hopkins besides their ages, I will go with age/experience and overall boxing skills rather than power any day.

Whoever wins deserves everyone's appreciation.

Is Freedom really on a KKK site? This actually wouldnt surprise me in the least. He is a complete loser (and this coming from a white man).

I don't post on any skinhead/hate site. And I'm not in the KKK, that's a Protestant and American organization, and I'm neither a Protestant nor an American.

That seems like paranoia to me.

For the record, I've picked Hopkins to NOT get KOed, but in fact to win a close decision, with some help from the American officials (I expect home officiating nearly everywhere, not just in USA).

Before making accusations Brut, please read what I've actually posted.

"Paranoia" is a key word when we are talking about Brut. He needs professional help. There is no way one can persuade a paranoid that he is a paranoid.

Dawson-Hopkins II:

"I took a lot of headbutts. He's going into the Hall of Fame. Like I said though, he's a dirty fighter. It's what we worked for, we knew he was going to headbutt. He hit me with like eight headbutts. I kept my composure, but it was obvious that he was doing it on purpose." - Chad Dawson in the post-fight interview with Max Kellerman

Cloud-Hopkins (from Boxrec):

"Cloud cut over left eye lid from accidental head butt in rd. 6 and cut over right eye lid from accidental head butt in rd. 12"

Wright-Hopkins (from Boxrec):

"Hopkins opened a gash over Wright's left eye with an accidental butt in the third round."

Not directed at you because you didn't start this, but "paranoid" is starting a thread "Will the referee be fair to Kovalev against Hopkins?" or a host of other "Will FILL IN THE BLANK American be fair to FILL IN THE BLANK Eastern European?" posts. Or is that just trolling? Where is the "Will Ward get a fair shake in Denmark?" post?

Giacomino has frequently complained about crooked officiating outside the US.

Will giacomino be fair and apply the same standard to America?

You are correct. The question is more rhetorical, as the answer is obvious: "NO". The same happens in UK, Germany, Russia and most likely Denmark too.

Selective reading of others, per usual. I also regularly complain about horrible scoring in the US (Texas in general, Campillo v Shumenov, Chavez/Alexander/Spinks vs anyone). Will Freedom be fair and apply the same standard to Russia?
Um, no.

Agree. There has always been bias scoring/officiating everywhere, sometimes benefiting my favorite fighters (W. Gomez v Rocky Lockridge in PR in the 1980s, for example). Even in countries that we consider cleaner than others, there are head-scratchers. It does seem like there has been more of it in the past decade or so, but maybe I'm just getting old and don't remember as much bad scoring/refereeing in the past.

As long as the ref can count to ten or save Hopkins before something tragic happens, Kolalev has no concerns.

I can not believe a sizable minority of fans think Hopkins will win. He's going to end up in a bad way or find a way out.

Yeah but realize you were addressing Ikey, he readily goes along with this BS about a Ref being fair to Kovalev and then tries to call me paranoid. You hit the nail on the head.

I totally understand but that doesn't put him in the Tunney category. Ikey probably just loves Kovalev and GGG for the same reason I do: big hitters with skills. I grew up loving Bad Bennie Briscoe, Carlos Monzon, Marvelous Marvin Hagler, Carlos Zarate and Wilfredo Gomez .... guys with skills who could hit and maneuver opponents so they were in a position to be hit hard.

I wasn't putting Ikey in that category, I directed my comments towards Tunney but Ikey felt compelled to add his 2 cents to which I told him it was an A & B discussion.

Hopkins knows every trick in the book. I'm 99% certain he'll cut Sergey with a head butt, like he did to Dawson and Cloud. Dawson had a big gash, but managed to survive the distance.

The ref Steve Smoger helped B-Hop against Murat, and whether it's his pal Smoger or some other America, the ref will be on his side. It may go to the cards because of a bad cut on Kovalev after an "accidental" head butt.

Hopkins will use head games more than usual this time - for example, he'll complain about Kovalev's gloves just before the fight.

Hopkins has never lost a one-sided fight. I'm sure he won't get stopped, although he may get outworked. And unless it's domination, Hopkins will receive the win on the cards.

I'm rooting for Kovalev, but I'm predicting a close decision win for Hopkins.

LOL, I know it must be killing you to write that you are predicting a close win for someone who has black skin, second to insinuate that Smoger is going to cheat for his so called friend is just plain stupidity on your part but then again, I don't expect any less from a subhuman.
