Yeah I've no interest in seeing Spaddy come over here either.

The fight I'd love to see, and it'd be easy to make, is Hatton v Vivian Harris.
Harris would be a slight favorite I reckon, but Hatton is defintely in with a shout - and on that basis FW should make the fight - that would keep EVERYONE happy.

The story was actually run by the news of the world, and simply 'lifted' by the Sun, pretty piss poor journalism if you ask me, trying to pass off second hand knowledge as a scoop.

I thought the News of the World and the sun were the same paper.

It is, but it's still a lack of professional courtesy to simply lift someone's story and pass it off as your own without asking them permission, or crediting the original story.

If I remember correctly, it was shown a couple of days after the Chi-Brodie fight. Wouldn't really call it a hook, more of a farty jab/grandad punch

im new to this board and i haven't seen hatton fight but i hear he's like a dorin and i'm not sure if anyone of you watched the spaddy v dorin fight but spaddy's corner had him tryin to go toe to toe with dorin....Paul wanted to prove a point that he has the heart and he can take punches as well as deliver him. Even though Dorin probably had the best of him. Paul doesn't knock people out he's a Boxer not a Slugger he wins on points makes people miss. I wouldn't count out Paul that easily. Just my opinion. Probably Biased as well seeing im' from Pittsburgh

But how would Spaddy fare when going toe to toe with a natural 140 pounder? It's a lot different slugging away with a lightweight, especially with a lightweight who's not a particularly hard puncher.

plus i'm sure Paul would not attempt to go the same route they did with dorin and try to go toe to toe with hatton. He'll go back to his slick southpaw style

Hatton is not easily outboxed unless you have a serious dig. Spadafora was never than impressive in the first place, and certainly wasn't a big puncher.
