Both the WBC and IBF have Mediterranean titles, champions and offical, weight-by-weight rankings.
Considering that every French, Italian and Spanish boxer of note appears to blatantly ignore these important titles.....things get very thin, deeply absurd very early-on when you explore the rankings......but if you fancy a laugh and want to see some very 'creative' geography when it comes to defining the Mediterranean region, then click away.
