Martinez is a lot better than Bundu. It's not really the same situation.

Why should holding a title mean anything rather than purely going on who someone fought and how they performed?

Is a win over a certain boxer more impressive if it was for a trinket instead of being non-title bout that is otherwise the same?

Martinez is a lot better than Bundu. It's not really the same situation.

Sergio was better than Bundu, way before the Murray fight though.

Bundu is a solid fringe world level fighter. Martinez was a top 10 P4P fighter.

Quigg isn't holder of the WBA belt though - not the proper one anyway. He's a long way from a genuine world title, I'd say his ranking is fair considering who he's beaten.
