I'm the biggest Lara fan in the world, how was he more impressive against Canelo than Floyd was? Get a grip dude.
Canelo barely landed anything beside a few body shots against Lara. He "won" only with a help of a pocket judge. Maidana didn't land much either, so your comparison is actually good: Floyd and Erislandy were clear winners except that Lara's opponent was better than Floyd's.

Floyd won 10 or 12 rounds, I thought Lara won 7. You thought Erislandy was a victim of an alltime robbery?

Lara was a runaway pussy. What a disgrace to boxing.
Alvarez clearly deserved the decision against that clod.

Lara wasn't running. He was flying and stinging, and it worked.

Yes, it was rather close, but one of the cards was clearly corrupt.

He lost due to one corrupt judge. Why can't you accept that different styles have their right to exist ? I am Golovkin's fan, but Lara's style is sometimes quite productive in terms of a result (I don't mean judges' cards, but landed shots and ring generalship). Lara's shots were not soft touches like Algieri's ones, he wasn't dropped or hurt, his face looked good after the fight, so he deserved a win way more than Algieri.

Lara got taught a lesson.
Running away like a terrified pussy is often not the best tactic.

Rigondeaux is rated too highly on a number of these lists. Aside from Donaire, who has he really beaten? Mayweather still has to be number one.
Anyways, my list:
1. Mayweather
2. Ward (if he is inactive for a one year I will drop him)
3. Pacquiao
4. R. Gonzalez
5. Bradley
6. Marquez
7. Froch
8. Klitschko
9. Rigondeaux
10. Garcia

Cuban hypejobs!
Lara just got exposed by Alvarez, he's an absolute joke of a P4P contender.
i see you dont know much about boxing.
at this time black americans are hypejobs and not cubans. cubans are solid boxer who fight everybody and dont shy away from fights, like hernandez, rigondeaux, lara, gamboa and some upc comers like dorticos or rance etc., so much talent for an island smaller than florida.
black americans get hyped, but fail. broner, people thought he would be the next p4p king, now total fail. timmy, people thought so much of him, at the end, he is an overhyped guy with 0 power who lost 3 of his last 4 bouts. and than the hyped quillon, who refuses to fight a strong guy.
alvarez was missing everything and lara schooled canelo better than floy did. than dumb as lara is, lara beat himself, in stopping punching at all. in terms of footwrok, technic he was totaly ridicouling canelo, canelo couldnt land nothing. lara landed easy with his long straight jab. right now either a catch weight or at 154 lara would beat floyd, because unlike 99,9 % of opponents floyd has, lara can equal floyd speed and footwork and athletiscm, and is similar sound in terms of technical boxing. and than put on the advantages of power, reach and age and now youd understand why at this point lara > mayweather.
and rigo is 2 time gold medalist, undefeated pro, who made look a than p4p top 4 fighter like a schoolgirl and rarely lost a single round in his last 4 fights. easily the best boxer in the world.

Black Americans - Mayweather, Ward, Bradley, Hopkins, Crawford etc. Black Americans are doing okay and they're doing far better than the Cubans are doing at the moment.
Broner was a hypejob and I saw through the hype from the beginning; just like I see through this ridiculous Cuban hype that's going on at the moment.

Mayweather beat Alvarez with ease, Lara ran away and lost.
Rigo is clearly the best Cuban, but he's also the most overrated. A good pressure fighter can outpoint or stop him.

Floyd runs far less than Lara and he throws more and lands much better punches to show that he's boxing off the backfoot, rather than just trying to escape a fight.

you realy know 0
yeah he lands so much better punches, thats why he got 2 kos in his last 12 fights
where lara has 6
when did you start following boxing, yesterday....
floyd was in more boring fights than lara was, easily. one big reason was floyd himself, with his boring style, laying on the ropes or running. that resulated in 7 fights since 2010 till 2014, with 0 very good fight and most fight either UD or MD. and one stinker KO.
lara wins in terrific matches and had some great entertaining fights and some are not so good, but at least some are real good, where he stood for example infront of one of the most feared boxer back than and traded with him and made him wobble. he lost close, but at least he had the balls to face somebody way taller than him in prime paul williams, terrific fight. ronald hearns tko 1, no running. vanes vs lara, good fight, not much running, like floyd vs guerrero, where floyd was running 12 rounds long. angulo fight, terrific fight, great ending.
