Id throw some $ on that exotic bet. Maybe hedge my bet with Roger cuz one of them if not both will be getting into it with Alex @ some point no question about it.lefty wrote:I think it's more likely that Floyd snr beats the poo out of himcletomex wrote:What are the odds Ariza pulls out a Liu Kang flying dragon kick on either Roger or Floyd Sr??

Well, I am assuming that it is just a ploy by Floyd to get some people fired up to keep his name relevant in the news. Team Pacquiao takes care of the rest, as they always bring his name up at every opportunity when he has a fight scheduled.fergusg wrote:I hate to say I told you so, but I really did… most of you guys have such an obscenely severe hatred of Floyd Mayweather Jr. that it clouds your judgement, which means you’re unable to evaluate situations in an objective and factually-based manner!![]()
So many of you jumped to conclusions and lambasted Floyd for his so-called hypocrisy without having a basic fundamental appreciation of the actual facts at hand!![]()
Here are my comments that I supplied at the time the news broke about Ariza working with Mayweather Jr.:According to interview transcripts emerging today quoting Alex Ariza (from an article written by Ben Thompson of Fight Hype), the strength and conditioning coach is likely to move away from the sport of boxing and instead ply his trade in the world of international soccer.fergusg wrote:I fail to understand the hypocrisy in Mayweather’s actions…Rodian wrote:Floyd fans once again showing their hypocrisy, what's new.![]()
Assuming that Ariza’s comments are true; do we know that Floyd Mayweather Jr. will now stop receiving random unannounced blood-based USADA-administered drug testing for his fights?
Do we know for certain that Floyd will now demand unusual cut-off dates for the PED testing?
Are we in possession of any irrefutable, categorical and definitive evidence that proves beyond a shadow of doubt that Alex Ariza will be supplying “mystery” drink-based concoctions that won’t be vetted by any other members of the “Money Team”?
Do we know for certain that Alex Ariza will be solely responsible for all aspects of nutrition and any supplements?
The only thing I can see is intellectually-challenged, mentally-deficient and emotionally-disturbed individuals possessing an unreasonably biased and harsh opinion without actually being in possession of any facts whatsoever!
When Floyd Mayweather Jr. starts making the same sort of unusual PED testing demands that Manny Pacquiao does at the negotiation table… or even fails one of these drug tests, then that’s the only time that anyone can accuse him of behaving in a hypocritical manner!
Apparently Ariza is "heading to Europe to work with a national soccer team."![]()
In regards to his contract with Mayweather Jr., nothing is official and he merely signed "a standard two-year non-compete/non-disclosure contract", which means Ariza "can't talk about anything that went on in [Floyd's] camp" and "[Mayweather’s] got first dibs on" using Alex should he decide to do so in the future.
As the old adage goes… "Never ASSUME, because when you ASSUME, you make an ASS of U and ME".![]()

Because doing the same thing and expecting different results is absolute sanity.

I think he was evidencing the point that any adult who gets mad over name calling is a retard. It was quite brilliant really but didn't get the credit it deserved - after your post someone had to come back with name calling.BAD INTENTIONS wrote:Yeah, I'm the retard ... so all of you normal functioning people, keep thinking the same way and doing the same things that got the world into this mess.Impractical Poster wrote:You're such a retard.BAD INTENTIONS wrote:Any adult who still gets mad over name calling is an idiot.
