It's not a scandal, it's happened in the past, and not just to one outfit. The problem is that we're in the age of instant social media and Twitter. In the past, you'd wait for a few days to see what happens and then contact Anne Robinson. In this age, people instantly start venting online and don't think about things logically.

Has Eubank earned this shot? No. Has he shown any sign of an edge over BJS as a pro? No. Does Eubank need to do what he can to gain an edge? Yes. Hence the delay, which has clearly riled BJS.

Whilst I respect you, I don't think it's logical to be OK with a promoter announcing a fight and selling tickets for it when contracts haven't been signed.

Just don't buy them on that basis until you see the heft of both their jibs. The best bet is to give it a few days, if nothing materialises then go bonkers and whatnot, but in the meantime the many articles, posts, Tweets and Podcasts are just empty ephemera. What's the fall back option for Eubank Junior? I'm confident about this fight.

Tickets shouldn't be sold on a lie. You can be as confident as can be, but until the fight has been signed then it shouldn't be marketed as done. It's beside the point that the fight probably will be made. Anyway, I best go get ready to follow the boards advice.

Thats what Eubank jr tweeted after he didnt turn up to the press conference after a tweet saying that frank had tried rushing it all to try and force him into signing a contract without having his lawyer looking at the contract 1st.

Still the point is you dont sell tickets to a fight until the contacts are signed its bullshit, its gambling with peoples hard earned money.

Nothing wrong with IFL uploading that video imo, it's not for them to judge what is or isn't acceptable behaviour. BJS is a grown man & a professional boxer, he's entitled to have his voice heard. Obviously his advisors should be having a word with him, if only to protect him against board fines, but we don't need censorship of fighters' interviews.

I know a person who added a clause to a 19 page contract a month after it was agreed in principle, granting him daily expenses of about £35 over a several week period. I spotted it and removed it, and he played dumb, reckoning he did not know how it had got there. If I'd accepted it as being the same contract we agreed earlier I'd have been stuffed with that clause. Always best to check, even if other clauses have not been added, it only takes a very slight change in the existing wording to compel the other party into something they may not be aware of.

'Last Monday I was delighted to announce that arch rivals Billy Joe Saunders and Chris Eubank Jnr will finally meet inside the ring to settle their score.

The pair go to war in the chief support to the WBO heavyweight eliminator between Tyson Fury and Dereck Chisora on my 'Bad Blood' promotion at the ExCeL London on Saturday 29th November.

And if the clash for Saunders' European middleweight strap proves anywhere near as spicy as their recent Twitter exchanges, fight fans can expect a real belter.

I'll be applying for the fight to receive world eliminator status with the WBO. With the mouth-watering British super-feather scrap between Gary Sykes and Liam Walsh also signed for the card, it is easily the best show of the new season to date. Tickets start from £40 and allegedly televise live.

Southpaw Saunders is a proven force and will probably enter a strong favourite. A 2008 Beijing Olympian in his teens, the 25 year old traveller from Hatfield is unbeaten in 20 as a pro. En route he's bagged British, Commonwealth, InterContinental and European titles and scalped top grade men such as Jarrod Fletcher, Nick Blackwell, Spike O'Sullivan, John Ryder and Emanuele Blandamura. The last three named were all undefeated before Saunders set about them.

But it's Eubank Jnr who provides the intrigue here. Undoubtedly gifted, the Brighton braggart appears to have inherited his father's formidable natural strength and punch power. He is presently riding a streak of nine successive stoppage victories, including several spectacular one shot knockouts. Several respected voices tip him to spring an upset.

I've seen his IFL interview where he blamed social media for the announcement and also the bunce boxing hour where he blamed the EBU for the announcement.

I find it very difficult to take what he says seriously. I used to go to quite a lot of his shows but I won't again.
