Told Sky I watch free streams because of this PPV dross and to expect me to cancel along with 79k others on various boxing forums. I also said "Eddie Hearn" uses fake tan " good day madam".

I've just watched back a few old press conferences and earlier footage of both Bellew and Cleverly to try and get excited about this. One thing that struck me is how much Cleverly's facial appearance has changed over the years. I don't think I've seen any other fighter change as markedly.

No, you're not. I was at the Hall-Small fight, on the undercard of Kotelnik-Khan... GOmez often bends the truth when it suits his agenda.. The main fight on the Magnificent 7 card should have been future Matchroom boys Macklin v Barker, unfortunately, Barker pulled out. Hardly Fwanks fault. I wish he'd have pulled out against Sturm instead of conning everybody. One of the biggest con jobs I have seen, up there with Nicky Cook.
Was it on that card? my mistake - but the guy got beat up bad, and so did his wife (her first show and she was apprehensive about going)
Regardless, the Mag 7 fell apart and it was mediocre - DEFO not ppv material. No agenda there fella.
To add balance, theat promoter's channel in november is Hopkins Kovalev, Paquiao and Fury vs Chisora for 12 squids.
Fury Chisora is a quality card - better than Bellew - Cleverly 2 IMO.
I actually really enjoyed the magnificent 7 show and didn't feel short changed after it's conclusion. Okay not exactly all 50/50 fights but lots of competitive fights;
Chisora vs Sexton - Sexton was reigning commonwealth champion, on a six fight win streak and was right in the fight until Chisora let loose with a barrage in the ninth.
Cleverly vs Murat 50/50 fight and a cracking fight - loads of punches thrown in this one.
Hall - Konecy - Belter of a fight and considered a 40/60 type fight fight with Hall having his moments but Konecy essentially out toughing him.
Frenkel - Enzo Macc - brutal KO with Enzo leading at the time of stoppage.
Brook vs Jennings - Okay Brook was a big favourite but Jennings was a big step up for him at that point. Some boxrecers even picked Jennings to win.
Degale vs Dilks - Dilks has never set the world alight but it was considered significant test/step up for a seven fight novice. There was also some needle going into the bout.
Special performance from Degale there.
I've often criticised old fish eyes and will continue to do so but I call it like I see; that card was a good 'un and for me eclipses this latest offering from fast eddie.

Was the magnificant ppv or free view on sky? Either way it pisses on bellow v clev 2. What a top card that was, five 50/50...60/40 fights on one cards. People are happy now if hearns even put 1 fight like this per card.....examples of this are his last Liverpool manchester and glasgow bills......were there even 3 50/50 between them?

It was PPV - I remember clearly as I was living in a shared house at the time with a Virgin box, it fvcked up just as the PPV started so I ended up paying for the Magnificent 4 instead of the Magnificent 7.

I agree about the Liverpool show but the Glasgow show had 3 competative fights with the main event fighter losing, that was an acceptable Sky show.London and Hull should be decent imo
