This fight has only come to everyone's attention because almost nobody thinks Taylor should be allowed to box, let alone contest a world title. It demeans the IBF and it demeans boxing.

It wasnt supposed to be taken literally and like expe also said that term is used for primarily these days and particularily in the context of how I said it when somebody is being stupid. It has nothing to do with somebody being disabled. Obviously when the term is used in reference to disability then of course it's vile.

What do people think of this fight then? Taylor is old, but Soliman is older. But then Soliman beat a pretty credible opponent in his last fight convincingly which Taylor hasn't done in ages.

Is everyone thinking Soliman to win?

I think too much is made of age in boxing at times. Some guys naturally bloom (not quite the word i was looking for) later than others a bit like Froch possibly and some are completely shot by the time they're 30/31 like Juan manuel Lopez or even younger. Regarding the fight, i'd have to go with with Soliman based on the form line and the fact Taylor looked finished about 5 years ago which doesnt help things.
