Great work by froch, inventing the term cobra'd and forcing degale and groves rematch. Finally he's thinking and being much more cute before he speaks.
haven't seen most of the broadcast but he's done a neat job of attacking Groves while making it look impartial, basically saying he thinks Degale would beat him clearly. It wouldn't help Groves to be listening to him tbh, although I suspect there's no way it won't get back to him.Manchester Hitman wrote:I'm assuming sky will have him in the studio or as a pundit at ringside
What with him being mates with Bellew and Degale & Froch fighting...plus Calzage will be about
because of Cleverley...Carl won't be able to contain himself with his bitter, self important rants...
hopefully Glen will be keep him somewhat in check
Degale decent, taking into account the fact that Periban isn't Ward and he was massively fat; Groves bang average, seemed to severely underestimate the kid and had a tough opening few rounds. He did seen to adjust from 4 onwards though.magwitch wrote:haven't seen most of the broadcast but he's done a neat job of attacking Groves while making it look impartial, basically saying he thinks Degale would beat him clearly. How were Groves' and Degale's performances tonight?
thanks mate I wasn't in when it started. It seems that Groves and Cleverly are suffering from boxing hangovers. Cleverly was nothing like I've ever seen him and Bellew proceeded to box down to Cleverly's level, imo.MarkMcBurney wrote:Degale decent, taking into account the fact that Periban isn't Ward and he was massively fat; Groves bang average, seemed to severely underestimate the kid and had a tough opening few rounds.
