Walsh should get this clearly but both boys are a credit to themselves. Fit as the proverbial and game as badgers.

I must say having 2 men with decent skills, high work rate but lacking power makes a great fight.

Agreed. A very good fight to watch, Walsh started really well and fair play to Sykes - never slowed down all night.

Good opener, impressive from Walsh against an opponent who kept on coming.

Good fight. Really enjoyed that.

It grates these two honest pros clearly gave everything, entertaining fight and good quality for a modest purse. Last weekend Bellew and Clev would have coined it in putting on a total wankfest.

A really good start to tonight's card.

Sykes sounds like a really good, decent and honest guy. Fair play to him for accepting his defeat with good grace. Hopefully Walsh will move on in 2015 to World Level - well done to both.

I'm welling up here with him giving his brother that belt. Enzo looking in good shape by the way.

More likely that Eddie sees Miura as the weakest champion and easiest to get a shot at. Not that Stephen will get there quickly, 3 fights in a year with Matchroom, last one a laboured 8 round points victory.

Michael retired, but I think he applied for his license back earlier this year, be surprised if we didn't see him in a ring again.

Buglioni has an absolutely terrible defence, he's good to watch though.

Aye, Walsh has earnt the right to be considered the best of the three IMO, but Walsh v Smith would be an excellent fight. Walsh's biggest problem is inactivity, but he's dealt with a lot of quality domestic operators. Smith seems to have veered off down a less interesting foreign import route with Matchroom's assistance....

I'd be greatly surprised if Smith was competitive against Miura.

This can't go 12 surely?
