If Floyd thought he could, he would've fought Manny already and not Maidana.

Hello - Roach basically threw Pac under the bus with what he said about Ariza and what he was giving Pacquiao. He also admitted that the random testing thing was the fault on their side, not Mayweather. If you look into it, the judge or mediator ruling was corrected stating team Pac wasn't telling the truth. Does it take a rocket scientist to realize that Pac is now smaller, doesn't have the KO power or even punch resistance he had when in his prime? His decline was not from age. And the hypocrites accuse JMM of roids? Laughable, when JMM publicly agreed to take any tests Pac would take.

Floyd wanted full random testing up to the fight. Pac wanted 3 announced tests no closer than 30 days from the fight. Floyd counter-offered with 14 days out, to meet them half way. Team Pac offered 24 days out, and that is where it ended. Like I said, Roach admitted it was their fault. Floyd has reached out 4 different times. 2009/10, 2012, 2013, and this year. Too many excuses of why they couldn't fight. The only time Pac said he wanted to fight Floyd publicly was when he wanted to do it for free. The fact is, Pac needs Floyd much more than the other way around.

I see you didn't answer my question about what performing enhancing drug would be effective taken inside 20 days or so of a fight, which ofcourse, would have to exit the system entirely by the time he gets back to the locker room? Must be some pretty advanced stuff, especially considering Pacquiao had at no point ever failed a drugs test, blood or urine. As for Pacquiao getting "smaller" - no idea who you've been looking at, his size has been fairly consistent since moving up. And i'm not sure about this so called "decline" in power, he just flattened Chris Algieri, the biggest fighter he's faced since Margarito, knocking him down 6 times - where exactly was this prime power? Other than Hatton he's never really been a 1pko aritst.

Floyd "reaching out" - what a lot of ass. Offering Pacquiao a flat fee of $40m? Or Bob Arum $10m to step aside? I don't know why people don't understand that Pacquiao is "contracted" to Arum, even if he wanted to fight Floyd for free under Mayweather/Golden promotions, he couldn't.

The negotiations lie with Arum & Floyd. Who needs who more than who? Arum is 83 years old and been making superfights since Floyd was in nappies, and with the the Haymon/Schaeffer scandal ruining GBP, he's seen off every promoter from Don King to Oscar. Face it, Arum is moving aside for nobody where this fight is concerned. The whole word, from the mainstream media, to 50 cent, to Floyd's Facebook and Twitter, view him as a coward who ducked Manny Pacquiao. His career and legacy will forever be the guy who ducked Pacquiao and missed out on the $100m+ purse, cause he was scared Pacquiao was so good he musta been on drugs (when he had never asked testing of any of his previous 40 opponents). You might not agree with that assessment, but that's how the mainstream view Floyd Mayweather. He can live with that and his current career earnings, or he can swallow his pride and get on board with Bob Arum making the fight.
