Korobov is a nice looking fighter. Not spectacular just solid.

Korobov is a neat boxer for the most part, but in exchanges I think he gets a bit wild and can swing too much, and I think the shots that caught him against Edwards and Lee came when he was doing that.

Korobov's chin appears to be too soft for profi.

Lee definitely rose to the occasion tonight.
And I can't speak for anyone other than myself, but I think Lee's KO6 victory over the unbeaten favorite in Korabov is one of the "feel good" stories of the year. I mean, following his KO by 7 results against Brian Vera & JCC Jr., he was pretty much written off by most folks. And now, he's got a world title strap around his waist & he's put himself in the forefront for a big money unification bout with GGG to take place probably sometime in the spring following GGG's inevitable KO over Martin Murray. So, good for him!

Jesus you would think fighters would know by now that Lee has one weapon (right hook) and navigate around that. Again, a guy walks wildly into a right hook again after leading a fight vs Lee.

Well, Vera and JCCJ were taking Lees hooks and stopped him, while Korobov's chin didn't stand that hook.

Makes sense for JCC. He probably came in at like 200 lbs.

As soon as Korobov got hit I said hold, take a knee, or lose. Bayless has the quickest trigger in the sport. You stand and take extra shots with him reffing and the stoppage is as good as assured....unless the guy taking the shots is a superstar with some $ behind him. Otherwise his trigger is mad quick.
