Murray doesn't present ANY challenge worth mentioning. He is not particularly good in ANY aspect of boxing. He is just a well rounded boxer, but he doesn't have anything which could trouble GGG. Guys with a pop like Lemieux or Chudinov present bigger challenge.
wasnt chudinov the one whom beat patrick nielsen ? If he fights ggg, it wont last a round !

Lee just won the title and im sure he wont face GGG next, Had Korobov won that we would 100% see a Korobov vs GGG matchup..

Lemieux and Chudinov really dont seem atractive enough for me..

The only option that has 3-4% of happening is Julio cesar chavez jr at 168.. Imense PPV fight..

And after that fight Cotto-canelo winner at Summer..

I really hope everything goes good for GGG.. but I think 2015 will be another year with no unifications and no PPV stardom... as he is getting older he might be out of his prime by 2016..
Winner had/has to fight Saunders so that was never going to happen.
Wouldn't a unification take precident(?) over a mandatory?

Saunders was first in line to fight Korobov, then stepped aside, allegedly and Bob Arum did a deal for Lee to fight Korobov. I doubt any room for leeway was left in that deal as to what was next for the winner, unless Saunders and Warren agreed to step aside again, I think it would have been Saunders next whoever won. I don't think Arum would have been too keen on throwing Korobov in with Golovkin as his first defence either.

Probably fights another gatekeeper. I mean, look-up Abraham's or Bute's title reign and use it as a predictor of what Golovkin is going to do.

Murray will be his 3rd top tenner in a row. Who should he fight instead and how do you make them sign the contract?

I see the Bute comparison on forums on occasion, and it never gets less dumb.

Bika, Berrio, Andrade, Zuniga, Andrade 2, Miranda, Brinkley, Magee, Mendy, Johnson
Proksa, Rosado, Ishida, Macklin, Stevens, Adama, Geale, Rubio

Practically identical, actually. Their average boxrec ratings are even within 20 points of each other.

It's sad you go by the boxrec ratings. Let me remind you, they suck. It's an honest effort, and a hard job being computerized, but Chavez #2 SMW tells the story, And many more stories, like Canelo p4p before and after Floyd IIRC.

Why is this Bute comparison exceedingly dumb? Cause they have nothing in common. He was a hometown fighter, GGG doesn't have a boxing hometown. He goes wherever and makes fans quick. Bute passed up the chance to fight the division's best in the S6. Not so with GGG, the contenders have to be forced in the ring with him and are visibly shitting pants walking in. Bute was seconds from getting stopped by a gatekeeper. Not so with GGG... And Froch wants nothing to do with him. So did you have a point there?
