Did some of my own research with Crease UA.

Roberto Duran would like to offer a unification fight with Freddir Welsh, who is eligible.

IF Welsh doesn't want to fight, Duran offers a belt shot to the following eligible fighters:

Bob Montgomery
Estaban Dejesus
Rodolfo Gonzalez

If any of those guys have interest, please let me know. If there is no unification this week, they look like the only eligible guys without a fight yet

I also see Montgomery was interested in fighting Angott last week. If he doesn't fight Duran, that could be a doable fight as well.

technically Welsh has only defended his title 2 times(Ambers and Marquez), the fight vs Jimmy Carter was not a title defense. he needs to defend his title one more time if its still 3 defenses for unification.
