Ricky, Pacquiao actually admitted that what he did vs Rios was running during an interview before the 2nd Bradley fight.

Another thing, Roy J dissed Manny by saying he was not a worthy opponent anymore for Floyd. It wasn't just Floyd he was dissing, while speaking the "truth".

RJJ usually is overly biased towards black and Latin fighters. Floyd or Roger MW may have dissed RJJ after a fight or something. I doubt he's really jealous of Floyd based on how decorated his career was. He took on Bernard, Toney, Calzaghe, Tarver, Glen JJohnson..among other top guys in his weight classes.

Floyd hasn't even faced a top African-American fighter since...Shane Mosley? I'm being nice by saying "Top". Where are the fights with Andrade? Thurman? Paul Williams (when he had use of legs)? Porter?
