Absolutely; as if poor Spinks wasn't scared enough. :P

I loved Tyson's no nonsense entrances back then; they were a welcome departure from the usual old guff.

Sven Ottke once came out to "your my mate" by right said fred, live!

Vitali chose an odd choice in hotel california against Lennox.

On plus sides - Jamie Moores was always good live, his mates band i believe.

Michael Gomez to that mexican tune, especially excellent against Arthur.

Naz - thriller!

Ha ha, loved that. Audley was never really in the same league in boxing or showmanship terms

Am I the only one who thinks ring walks are boring and drawn out? They're supposed to create excitement, but there is limited excitement you can get out of a guy walking to the ring. Just get into the ring, and start the fight. That's why we're watching.

It's especially annoying on PPVs, because they think if you've paid £15, they'd better make the ring walk something special. Incorrect. If we've spent extra money, the fight had better be spectacular, not the walk to the ring. The ring walk is just that. The way the fighter gets into the ring. Other than that it's meaningless, and if I've spent money watching a PPV I wish they'd just walk out and get on with the fight. Not feck about, taking 15 minutes to get to the ring whilst they show us their disco dancing skills.

It comes in our gym occasionally and I just piss myself laughing if I'm on the pads.

Then end it with a homage to my home town Portsmouth by having mike oldfields Portsmouth reworked a little

I MCd a white collar show just before Christmas. The guy was called Joe Everitt or sommat like that. He comes over to me and tells me his nickname is Average Joe. I grinned out a little chuckle and he was concerned I would laugh when I announced. Promised I wouldnt. Alas, I broke my promise when his music banged out with Do you really want to hurt me.
