im not saying he needs hopkins but he wants a big money fight in vegas but doesnt want to fight anybody that will give him a fight. its insulting as a fan to hear a dude like froch want to cash out and fight a no hoper in vegas when he had shown zero support to America, if he wants a gimme he can have his gimme farewell fight in his home town.

="fergusg"]Bernard Hopkins has competed in 36 major world title fights (including the Ring & Lineal titles), emerging victorious in 26 of them and won titles in two weight classes (25 at middleweight and 11 at light heavyweight).
Bernard Hopkins has defeated the likes of:
• Beibut Shumenov
• Tavoris Cloud
• Jean Pascal
• Ronald Wright
• Antonio Tarver
• Jermain Taylor
• Oscar De La Hoya
• William Joppy
• Carl Daniels
• Felix Trinidad
• Keith Holmes
• Antwun Echols
• Robert Allen
• Simon Brown
• Glen Johnson
• John David Jackson
• Segundo Mercado
• Roy Jones Jr.
Joe Calzaghe has competed in 24 world title fights (including the Ring Magazine’s belt), retired unbeaten and won world titles in two weight classes.
Notable victories that Calzaghe has scored, include:
• Roy Jones Jr.
• Bernard Hopkins
• Mikkel Kessler
• Peter Manfredo Jr
• Sakio Bika
• Jeff Lacy
• Charles Brewer
• Richie Woodhall
• Robin Reid
• Chris Eubank
I’ll agree that Hopkins’ career is more impressive than Calzaghe’s, but to suggest that he has “far exceeded anything that Joe has done” is a blatant exaggeration!
Look at the list and look at what BHop has done in 2 weight classes, add that to the fact that he broke records at MW and he is the oldest champion in boxing history and I say that it isn't blatant exaggeration.
You don't agree, that is fine but you've proven how far they are apart with your own post.
