Pete Rose has more hits than anybody and Barry Bonds has more home runs than anybody and neither of them are in baseball's HOF. But I thought the question was worded in a very biased manner. Did he take these substances throughout his career? Did he know they were illegal? Sometimes they put funny ingredients in these shakes. He certainly never looked ripped.

I guess you have a point there. There are probably a lot more in there now that had "help" than we care to know.
