I was just this minute on Allegedly website and didn't even notice

I see Shinkwin/Horton Southern Area title fight is on 27th at York Hall,I thought that was a strange show to be headlining on the channel,McKenzie/Askin must be top billing that night

Think Liam Williams is on that one too.

According to Michael Gomez Jnrs Twitter the show is off due to lack of ticket sales. I don't think he's taken it too well.

Ovill was in this months BM saying how he wasn't a massive ticket seller,shame as I was looking forward to this fight,wasn't Maccarinelli meant to be on this show too?

So no injuries but the plug is pulled for financial reasons ? Doesn't bode well. Not much consideration for BN subscribers.

I was actually looking forward to this show as well.

Still no word from allegedly or bocks nation about the cancellation. I don't believe the rumours!!!!! Can't wait for this fight Saturday night

I was going through the Sky planner last night trying to get my head around this weekend's viewing schedule as there's so much boxing on TV ( ), but I don't remember seeing any signs of it on B0xnati0n, so cancellation seems likely. Shame.

I think Askin McKenzie is a close fight. I think if Askin's corner do their job, they will keep him from getting involved; esp early and use his boxing skill.

I think if he uses his nut he wins. HE has a 4 inch height advantage

Going to be a great bill at York Hall with the addition of these 2 who now top the bill, would fancy both of them to beat either Camacho or kennedy quite easily but still fancy Ovill to beat Askin on the night, though im sure it will be a great fight.
Did anyone actually find out why the Widnes show was cancelled I presumed due to poor ticket sales, wondered why widnes was chosen as the venue in the first place, was anyone from the town actually boxing? is it near to Blackpool where Askin is from?
Understand he sells tickets so what could of happened- shame for his fans if there unable to get tickets for the York Hall show, as that was already nearly a sell out before the addition of these 2 at the top of the bill- McKenzie has a lot of support in London , so will be a great atmosphere, roll on the 27th!

Widnes is a bit further up the Mersey from Liverpool, it's within half an hour of Liverpool, Manchester and Ellesmere Port, which is where the majority of the fighters on the bill were from. It's a good hour or so away from Blackpool though.

Romeo Romaeo stopped Michael Mooney in the 5th,Romao was exact same as I've seen him in every other fight,inaccurate bursts and taking far too much in return

Cracking stoppage though,Romaeo caught Mooney with a peach of a right hook out of nowhere which sent Michael staggering back against the ropes where the ref stepped in with the follow up flurry from Romeo

Ryan Burnett wins a 6 round shut out over Faycal Messaoudane

Burnett looked alright,didn't land many clean shots and he loads up with every shot,he looks quite tense,I like his work on the outside though,good head movement,plenty of feinting and cuts the ring off well,just needs to relax though but looks a good prospect

Burnett was a bit...disappointing, his opponent though never came to win. Romeao is a fighter I simply can't get excited about

Gary Corcoran vs Adam Jones over 8 next,I'm a fan of Corcoran, he should be further in his career,he's good value

I dunno, I like watching him but something tells me he's fighting at this level for a reason...he seems to enjoy a fight too much and as a result looks a bit predictable, no jab, little head movement, and probably needs to sort that out before they step him up.
