I tend to underrate British fighters generally. Definitely Froch, Brook too based on the Porter performance.

Khan after Prescott. I presumed that was the end of him.

Yeah Paul Ingle is a good shout. I was a massive Naz fan so disliked Paul at the time by default so never really appreciated what a good fighter he was. The naivety of youth lol.

First fight I saw of Crolla's was the first Derry Matthews fight, thought he looked terrible and just went forhead first asking to be hit, now looks a very decent fighter and seems like a nice chap. Best of luck to him

Surprised with some of the picks here Palooka- Irwin and Ingle were good amateurs, and Evatt won the ABA title-that guy could bang.

For me Josh Warrington is currently exceeding expectations, Clinton Woods, Dennis Andries, James Cook, Roy Gumbs all did a lot better than they looked earlier in their careers-Paul Silky Jones, Brian Anderson, Najib Daho maybe?

Richie could certainly punch and he won the ABA's on a run of knockouts, I remember him as a junior from 89 and he lost maybe 4 bouts by stoppage or KO as a junior - I thought he was a powerful fighter but vulnerable - he proved me wrong as he was tough as hell.

I knew Jon Jo slightly and trained alongside him for a spell and though I admired him, his skills and dedication I didn't think he'd do as well has a pro without a really solid punch. Again, I was proved wrong and I was glad to be, Jon Jo was a credit to himself and our hometown.

I knew that Paul was a solid amateur, I'd seen him lose to Johnny Armour; I watched him win after fouling Neil Swain and Swain was hammering Ingle - again Paul proved me wrong, doing really well in a very tough division.

He was very fierce and dynamic, I know you were pals with Richie, Darcy and he had an aura about him - he was pretty fearless.

(On another note, I tried to get hold of some Shaun Gray footage but had no luck, if you see some of Shaun's family would you see if it's possible, please?)

Khan is a great shout. After getting floored by non punchers and ironed flat by Prescott I thought he would get chinned a few times then disappear.

He has bounced back and looked great (although vulnerable)

Couple of years ago I thought Price would KO Fury easily, now it's probably the other way round.

Also, at a lower level, Curtis Woodhouse has definitely exceeded expectations. Pretty impressive to get to a good level in 2 pro sports.
