His shoulder was injured since the Mayorga fight. He was being beaten up by Ortiz before the Mayweather bout.

LOL, it's just like Roach to come up with an excuse for DLH not throwing his jabs any longer but I guess it had nothing to do with all those straight rights Floyd was landing on him.

Regardless, he (Roach) openly admitted they took Oscar because he had nothing left, in other words; they cherrypicked.

The reason why I believe him on the Manny vs Oscar thing is because he made no bones about why they picked him, notice he had nothing to say about Oscar having a bum shoulder before the Mayweather fight.
