He was scheduled to fight Luke Blackledge for the title in December 2013, but it fell through as he left Frank, he wanted to defend against Tobias Webb and the board knocked it back. They put up Fielding as mandatory last year, then he missed the weight by half a stone so they removed him from the mandatory position, until Fielding was made mandatory again last month, there hasn't really been any activity surrounding the title for nearly a year, I'm not sure if there's even been an eliminator for it. I think the regulation is that he has to defend the title when called upon and because he hasn't failed to do so, he can hold onto the title, Paul Butler's had his since November 2012 and he's never defended it.
