And I say that as a big Frampton fan.

2 victories over Kiko Martinez doesn't trump Brook's American raid or Khan's wins over Judah, Malignaggi, Devon Alexander, Collazo, Kotelnik - all world champions at some point across two different weight classes.

Khan's only win against a top 10 ranked fighter in the last 3 years is against Alexander and he was coming off a recent whitewash loss against Porter.

Khan's overall record is better than Frampton's and Brook's, but his record over the last 3 years is clearly inferior to theirs.

Frampton has wins over Molitor, Cazares & Avalos. So, it isn't just his two wins against Martinez which is putting him above Brook & Khan.

Butler was dominated and destroyed in his last fight. That's got to count against him.

I'd put Murray above DeGale and Groves one place below DeGale. Kevin Mitchell should be approx 19 / 20. Other than that the list gets a thumbs up from me.

For me DeGale and Groves are on better form than Murray right now. If Murray has a decent comeback win soon then he can overtake them.

I don't like the way Mitchell's career has gone since the Burns loss. I don't think he deserves to be in the top 20 at the moment. If he beats Linares next month then that will change things.

It's hard to know where to place Ricky Burns at the moment. I think he's completely shot but one win could change everything.

He's seemed mentally shot rather than physically shot.

I still think there's a fair chance he can achieve something with the rest of his career.

I understand why Northern Irish fihters are included. But Andy Lee is Irish, he is not Britis in any way.

He was born in London and spent the first 13 or so years of his life in Britain, so he is a bit British.

I include all Irish fighters to make things more simple. I put (Irish) next to their names to show that I'm not pretending that they're not Irish.

It's not all about their best win though. If we take the best single win off both of their records then Frampton has the better record.

There isn't much in it though and Brook can overtake Frampton even if his next defence is only okay.

I'm pretty sure Groves is still a consensus British top 10 P4P boxer.

People keep saying he looked awful in his last two fights, but I don't see it. They weren't world level opponents, but he won both fights easily, so I don't understand the level of criticism he has been.

He was lackluster against Douglin, but he still won without much trouble in the end. Douglin is not some low level journeyman either.
