Peterson had defend the IBF Light Welterweight title 4 times in the past 4 years. And with his admission of cheating, it's a mystery why he hasn't been stripped before now.

Even worse its only 3 times he's defended it coz the Mattyhysse fight wasnt a defence

Peterson can fight his ass off,only question is, can he take a punch.Everytime Peterson get caught with a big punch,he runs & wobble around the ring.If his chin was strong as Garcia he probably would have beat Matthysse by decision also.I honestly believe Peterson body frame is to small for 147 & probably couldn't handle the power of Brook,Thurman,Maidana,or Rios.
