Now they know what is coming.
And some of them are good enough boxing fans to realize that the likeliest outcome of a rematch is that Floyd tunes Manny up much, much worse.
Floyd had only fought 2 men twice.
Each time, he beat them worse the second time.
I'd consider myself as someone who would have liked to see Manny win. I'd love a rematch and would pay to see it again. Regardless of the outcome this time or last time. Anyone failing to see or respect how good both these athletes are at their craft aren't worth wasting too much time over. Too many floyd ultras think that Manny fans are fly by night boxing fans. We'll if thats true they turned up in their droves on May 2nd. Most boxing fans have a
huge respect for Floyd, but this doesn't mean he won't come under criticism.

Floyds a great, but certain things will stop him being remembered by the majority as the greatest ever. Again, thats regardless of your opinion or mine. Certain people think he's been selective, and others think he's too negative/defensive to be the 'The Best Ever'. You don't have to like it KBB or even come back with a tirade of abuse, ultimately the people will decide whose the greatest in their minds. Floyd will rarely win that vote.
LOL, I could care less if you think Floyd is the TBE or not. The thing I have a problem with is idiots like Cheap Ass stating that Floyd was ducking Packy for 5 years when the facts are evident that it was Manny who has been ducking (we saw why).
If you agree with him that Floyd has been ducking this bout for 5 years when you know that they've had only one legal contract negotiation prior to this fight happening this year and you know that Packy refused to take the test and that killed the fight then you know that Mayweather didn't duck him but rather Manny has been the one ducking.
That much should be obvious but if it makes dumb ass fans like Cheap Ass, Ricky or whoever else feel comfortable to say that just so that it provides them with some measure of comfort because he lost the fight then by all means go ahead and agree but you'll only be agreeing with an idiot which is why I wrote that response.

Get over it already (or at least stop harping on it so much, I guess you can't help how you feel). Pacman didn't look his best on the night, but that is his own unfortunate problem which has nothing to do with Mayweather. BOTH camps stretched out the rivalry for so long outside the ring with the idea that the fight would become increasingly profitable... and the public totally validated this idea.

Angry? No, just disappointed that you would start a thread with what you know to be an obvious lie in order to try to save face for Manny in some polarizing manner by lying.
It's ok for Manny to lie, Arum to lie and Roach to lie but why do you fans of his do this and make yourself out to look like a Casual boxing fan when you are here on this forum and supposed to know better?
Why lie?? Or are you just simply Trolling???

floyd ducked, making 10000 demands is called ducking, that simple.
i dont care for froach, arum.
and manny is stupid, he should have trained right and not get a shoulder injury, he is unproffesional. playing basketball and all that, he is stupid.
i dont care for none of them all, i just wanted to watch a good fight and it wasnt one.

Manny wanted 10 million for every lb over the limit=DUCKING, Floyd agreed to it
Manny wanted his own gloves, Floyd agreed to it
Manny wanted 50-50, Floyd agreed to it
Manny refused to do the testing=DUCKING, Floyd agreed to it. This killed the fight!! Manny DUCKED!!
That was the one and only time they sat down with their Lawyers with contracts drawn up in front of them and Floyd signed it but Manny didn't, saying stupid stuff and talking ish in the media does not equal ducking or legal contract negotiations.
If you are too stupid to comprehend this then there is literally no help for a retard like you.

I still thought it was a very good boxing match. The skill involved was at least evident to me. Again, two great athletes in 1 ring. Chep, it wasn't a fight, was always unlikely to be 'a fight'. i honestly thought more people would have enjoyed this spectacle for what it was.

I wasn't expecting Hagler/Hearns, but I honestly thought it would be more of a "fight", expecting Manny to apply more pressure than he did. That was the interest to me, how Floyd would hold up to Manny attacking relentlessly from all angles.
I forgot what year this is, apparently. The absurd behemoth that was the promotion for this fight sort of helped me in that direction, to be fair. I mean I saw Manny in his last few fights, I should have known he wasn't going to throw a thousand punches at mach speed. But I sort of bought into it.
