Good fight. Good test for Quigg but I can see him impressing in this. Also makes for a more exciting fight than the Galahad fight someone else mentioned.

BS (or rather one of their writers) believe the Whyte fight will happen in September with Joshua v Price eyed for the end of the year.

I am just happy to see Quigg fight someone half decent. Martinez is reasonably limited, but he keeps coming forward, and will put pressure on Quigg. It will become very evident how much better Frampton is than Quigg after this.

What's happening with Whyte, big flurry of activity when he came back from suspension but now he's been inactive for nearly three months?

No idea. No bids for him to fight John McDermott for the English title.

Don't think anyone bid for McD v Lewinson either did they?

Quigg should win handily here, but i do believe it is a good fight for him.

Martinez is undoubtedly a top level fighter and has been in with everyone. Quiggs physical advantages should win him this fight early doors, i think he will be on the front foot and negate most of Martinez threat that way. It will be interesting to see if Kiko can land a power shot or 2 of his own and how Scott takes them though.

Apparently an emotional press conference tomorrow with Anthony crolla. I knew he was getting a scan today. Also more undercard fights to be announced.

So crolla is either getting a world shot or he has been told he can't box any more in my opinion. Hope it's the world shot

It's a good match, Quigg should win it as Kiko has peaked in my opinion. Hopefully, Frampton after.

He had a hand injury. He'll be back in the ring in June :TU:

You know what you're getting with Martinez. This could turn out to be a right tear up. Has anyone heard anything regarding Framptons next fight?

Cheers. Hadn't heard that. Has there been any names banded about yet?
