Willie down twice in the second. He makes it out but was clearly unsteady.

Monroe down twice in the second and lucky to survive the round.

10-7 GGG, now leads 20-16, but I don't think the scorecards are going to be needed.

Monroe recovered well in round 3, throwing and landing more than GGG, I gave him that round.

Monroe did better in round 3, but I think GGG edged it.

I gave Monroe the 4th as well - throwing more, landing more.

I think he edged the 5th also.

For anyone not watching this fight, it is more competitive than you would think.

... also, it just got stopped.

Monroe was getting worn down, and that shows as he goes down again in the sixth and signals that he doesn't want more.

Monroe down again in the 6th, barely beats the count and Jack Reiss stops the fight. Monroe didn't seem to want to continue.

Munroe was definitely hoping the ref would count ten so he could say he misjudged the count...but the ref did the right thing and he was forced to quit.

I thought his gloves were still on the canvas when he got to 10.. The ref was generous and tried to give Monroe as much recovery time possible!

Clinical from GGG.

Why did you give him the fifth? He nearly went down, was taking heavy shots throughout the round, had his mouth busted open, and was fighting on increasingly shaky legs. To me it looked very clear that the end was near, which it turned out to be, and I don't see how his pitter-pat flurries won him the round.
