It's interesting that his legions of loyal fans never say much about Floyd's performances. Plenty on here ran their mouths about Floyd breakign down Pacquaio, figuring him out after 4 rounds, slapping him around and maybe even getting the stoppage. You wonder why they aren't more discontent with a fighter I presume they became a fan of after some of his sublime offensive performances like Corralles or Gatti. I guess maybe they think he couldn't do any better the 2nd time round. By the sounds of this interview with Roger he believes Floyd could probably put a hurting on Pacquaio and gain a conclusive victory if they were to fight a 2nd time.

I will readily concede that as a boxing fan, I expected Floyd to be sharper and was disappointed that he didn't put on a better performance. But, even that pales in comparison to my disappointment in how ineffective Manny was. It's pretty clear you are a big fan of Pac, weren't you massively disappointed in his performance? Not a shot at you, just an honest question. I honestly think he was so bad that he was even part of the reason Floyd didn't look better.

Still, I think those who defend Floyd's performance as some kind of masterpiece of boxing are kidding themselves when you consider how sharp Floyd normally is in his fights, very pedestrian performance....and I scored it 117-111 which gives you a sense of what I thought of Manny's effectiveness in there, all just my opinion of course.

I think its Roger letting his guard down and speaking from the heart or his love of the game maybe a part of it too its good to see because some others in team Mayweather would never say something like that.... they wouldn't dare just in case the check's stop being processed
