Who knows. I've no idea of Roys finances, and surely these fights aren't generating that much money anyhow?

Not sure why they are fighting unless it's money or some personal goal they want.
The're ridiculously old for a sport like Boxing.
Only Old Man that's doing well is Hopkins, who himself should have retired years ago.
Only difference is Hopkins has a
a) solid boxing game
b) with a superb defence
c) with immense discipline outside of the ring in terms of training and keeping healthy.
Can't say the same for the others.

Yeah, I agree. He boxed Courtney Fry not long ago and no disrespect but I can't imagine there being even tens of thousands of pounds in that one. As someone said earlier, being a boxer must be a central part of who they are and who they see themselves as being - kind of like those old prostitutes who don't do it for the dough.
