I get most enjoyment watching fighters I can really get behind, so for me it's all UK based fighters who I've not just watched but supported.
These guys have had me off my seat, screaming at the tv. As enjoyable as it is watching Pacquiao or GGG it doesn't match the engagement of supporting a fighter

Why does it surprise you?? GGG isn't exactly slaying world beaters you know, any fighter with his power should be facing bigger punchers like BB and Kova, should he beat them then I'd favor him.

Why is it a problem for you that I picked who I wanted. Notice my list has Kova, Fonfara, Brook, Porter and LSC, those guys are always in high action, drama filled fights and I like it.

Why hasn't Kovalev moved up to heavyweight yet!?!?!?!?!

What, that's not reasonable? I got the impression everyone was supposed to move up two divisions. Sorry, carry on.

I know that you have been running a little Anti-GGG campaign in recent months because he's the heir to your boys throne so i was just having a little fun there with you. It's rather hypocritical to knock GGG for lack of opposition and then put LSC and Brook in your current top 5. Both of those guys have 1 fight of merit on their resume. GGG's resume is better than both of those guys. I know that you've never missed a GGG fight in last 2 years so i'll let you get back to that hypocritical campaign your waging.

Brook? As in, Kell Brook? He had a hard time with Carson Jones the first time round and had a good win against Porter, but everyone else he's fought has been a knock over.

I disagree with that, I wouldn't call Porter a knock over. Besides, his fights are exciting, GGG has been feasting on guys who are bums who barely put up a scrap.

You missread, with the exception of Porter everyone else has been a knock over. I've seen almost every single Brook fight - I could walk to the bloke's house in less than 2 minutes, met him numerous times... so I'm a fan of his, but I honestly couldn't say that he's hads an exciting career. I'd say it's been a horribly frustrating one that's moved along at a snails pace.

As a GGG fan, this is the sort of thing that doesn't make sense to me. GGG's resume is far better than LSC and Brook put together but people knock him because he's THAT much better than all of these quality fighters he demolishing. They will say the same thing after the Lemieux fight even though if you are making an honest list of P4P fighters as of 9/6/15, Lemieux deserves to crack the top 20. That's if you're making an honest list. GGG will get zero credit for this win and that's a shame because this fight is going to be the FOY type of event.

Golovkin v Lemieux has the potential to be FOTY but will most likely be similar to Golovkin v Stevens.

Who's knocking him? I guess telling the truth isn't part of the equation, the question of the thread is "What is your top 5 most fun boxers to watch?" GGG isn't fun, sure he gets the KO but he's never in a back and forth action type fight whereas LSC is always in those type of bouts.

Why is it that you are having a problem with the answers people are providing when it clearly asks "What is YOUR top 5 most fun boxers to watch?"

I don't have a problem with your top 5 and i don't expect your top 5 or anyone else's to look like mine, it's my choice, I respect your decision so please respect mine.

Are you serious? Lemieux p4p top 20? That is ridiculas!
Here is a list who are higher then him without it being debatable..
FMJ, Pac, Rigo, Chocolatito, GGG, Wlad, Crawford, Canelo, Cotto, Ruenroeng, Bradly, Brook, Inoue, Kovalev, Stevenson, Frampton, DeGale, Ward, Walters, Lomachenko, Maidana, Beterbiev, Yamenaka, Drozd, Khan, Wilder, Pokvetkin, D Garcia, Thurman.

I'm sure there's more that I missed and that's 29 so far. Please do what you said and make a p4p op 20 and see if Lemieux is in it, I think he barely makes top 40.
It will be a fun and solid fight GGG v Lemieux but lets not pretend its between 2 p4p fighters when it isn't.

I missed that but you're right, Lemieux is nowhere near the top 20 and will probably never be a P4P guy but this is how they overinflate the record of GGG, they act like he slayed the dragon when he beat the lowly skilled Rubio and feather-fisted Monroe.

You say this in one breath then in another thread above you knock someone's choice of GGG and say that he's knocked out a bunch of bums. Pretty hypocritical but that's why this is a fun post. People put up their top 5's and then we argue about it.

I love LSC's fights. Even when the world threw him off P4P lists because he acquired the "only fights bum" moniker, i wouldn't miss one of his fights. He fights one quality boxer in Mares and now everyone forgives and forgets. It's just funny to me is all. I think that GGG will only get credit at this point if he defeats Ward or Kovalev at higher weights, which is pretty pathetic. Even if he beats Canelo or Cotto, he'll still have to deal with criticism.

Just trying to understand this hypocrisy.

2 of the most fun to watch are squaring off soon - Golovkin v Lemieux.

Cotto is always good value and the bout with Canelo should be fun.
