If I did something against the law 4 months ago would that still not be illegal now? Facts are facts if he took 14 times over the limit or 2 times over its still against the rules even if it wouldn't have made a difference to the outcome of the fight (which wouldn't IMO).

In it, you will see that WADA protocols are superceded by the contract, which is perfectly allowable for a private, professional undertaking- as opposed to a publicly funded, amateur one.

As long as Floyd broke no USADA or NSAC regulations, he is in the clear...something Arum and Pac and anyone else who saw the May press release figured out way back then.
