Sorry, you're right, he's a light-welter. Don't know why he's suddenly jumping up to middleweight.handsofstone wrote:I thought they said Mora was a Light Welter??Jedz910 wrote:The guy Marcus Morrison just fought is a welterweight.

Morrison looked good, guy he was in with...hmm less said about that the better
Re: Sep 19 Stephen Smith (22-1) vs. Devis Boschiero (37-3)
You can only beat what's put in front of you, there's plenty who fight to the level of there opponent but Morrison impressed.
Re: Sep 19 Stephen Smith (22-1) vs. Devis Boschiero (37-3)
Has Saunders regressed from a couple of years ago? Or maybe I overrated him earlier in his career.

As limited as Garrido is he has been a thorn in the side of others, like Fedchenko and does what a journeyman should IMO. He might be limited but he comes to give guys a headache
Re: Sep 19 Stephen Smith (22-1) vs. Devis Boschiero (37-3)
Guy's really taking Saunders outside of his comfort zone.

WOW! Well done Garrido, he deserved that (not the head-butt);
Re: Sep 19 Stephen Smith (22-1) vs. Devis Boschiero (37-3)
Bradley exposed as a front runner.
Re: Sep 19 Stephen Smith (22-1) vs. Devis Boschiero (37-3)

WTF was Saunders thinking,he was spent, that wasnt a KD it was a push but he was nearly gone after it and i thought Garrido was gonna get a TKO,no complaints for the DQ which indicates he was glad it was over
Saunders was looking immovable before signing with Matchroom but thats a couple of fights now where he hasnt been at the races and very nearly got stopped with a DQ

Saunders WAS good - I@m sure of it - but tonight he just fell apart @ the first sign on pressure.
Very disappointing

Saunders doesnt seem that fussed
Re: Sep 19 Stephen Smith (22-1) vs. Devis Boschiero (37-3)
Saunders would have got destroyed by Dave Ryan
Re: Sep 19 Stephen Smith (22-1) vs. Devis Boschiero (37-3)
Saunders says it wasn't a KD because he was off balance, yeah off balance because you was getting punched all over the ring, idiot.

I have to say I don't think Saunders hearts in it.

I thought the ref ruled the knock-down a slip and then suddenly changed his mind Ian John-Lewis style. Feel for Saunders. Hope he comes back strong.

Saunders was blowing after the first round. Clearly been cutting corners in his preparation. Hearn fed him to the wolves there.

Why do you feel sorry for him? Wasn't getting his own way and took the easy way out. He knew he'd get dq'd when he done it, he didn't even looked fussedJedz910 wrote:I thought the ref ruled the knock-down a slip and then suddenly changed his mind Ian John-Lewis style. Buckland breathing out of his arse after five minutes. Another one who hasn't trained.

Buckland putting a lot in here, if Dodd can ride out the storm for 2 or 3 more rounds this could be very interesting...
