Can't believe this. Unbelievable bad luck for Fury.

On a purely selfish note, I was really looking forward to this fight as well.

In the press conference fury said he thought Klitschko was going to pull of the fight.

Klitschko says it a minor injury, strange. I'd be surprised if most fighters aren't carrying some sort of injury into any fight

man that sucks, was looking forward to Fury getting sparked and the subsequent winnings. Who knows though maybe with Klitchko pulling out with injury will dent the markets confidence and lengthen the odds on him a little when the fight goes ahead.

I just received the following press release from K-MG via email:

"due to a tendon tear in the left calf of the IBF/IBO and “The Ring Magazine” World Heavyweight Champion and WBA/WBO Superchampion Wladimir Klitschko, his championship fight against Tyson Fury will be postponed. The new date for the fight against Tyson Fury will be announced next week. Purchased tickets keep their validity."

Fair play to him. He'll still get his shot but i'm sure a fair few fans won't be able to fork out on flights etc again

David Haye: "Seems Klitschko got hit with the "Fury injury curse" as well! Clearly The Boxing Gods don't feel Fury deserves that retirement pay cheque!"

Don't see it happening, somehow.

I don't believe Haye has any real intention of returning, it's been too long.

And even if he does return, I can't see him taking Fury at short notice as his first fight back.

Actually, in Fury's defence, I've not always liked him, but that's two things he's said that's impressed me this week. (The other one being his loyalty towards Hennessy as his promoter.)

I don't pretend I've been his biggest fan, but that's two decent things he's said this week. Might be two more than he's done the entire rest of his career combined, but if I'm gonna slag him, I've got to give the devil his due.
