I am not a fan of Buglioni, and not sure how he got a title shot, but I wouldn't label him a bum.

most here got it right , he's as game as they come , never in boring fights and does carry a bit of a dig , sure he wasn't at Chudinov's level but if there wasn't fighters of all levels there would be no boxing full stop , it's easy to knock as some have said , you need guys like this in the sport
