Gamal started off the 1st round like a whirlwind and he probably thought he could stop Ramadhani with him being small but it ended up being a workman like sort of performance,he needs to learn to be a bit more clever and less wild

These Yafai boys are worryingly fragile.

I'm sure Gamal has the same speech impediment as Frankie Gavin.

Ridiculously wide scoring. The crowd weren't enthusiastic but I enjoyed that one.

Maybe Terry's trying to get 3 scoring judges for Commonwealth eliminators too

MM hasn't looked the same since that hammering by GGG, to me . On paper he should piss it but depends how much he's got left tonight. I don't know why he's still boxing. He's got nothing to prove.

Macklin gassed badly against Heiland so i wonder how his stamina will be boiling down to LMW

I get the feeling this isn't going to go the distance just not sure which way it will go.

Credit it where it's due, this is actually a great fight, not a FOTY contender but a very solid match up, good action and good style match up

Macklins jab was awful that round. Watt would have commented on it for sure "needs more Schnap" great fight so far though.

This has got tasty now. Welborn has landed some decent right hands. Next round is massive for both fighters now.

Chris Mason sat next to Hearn Snr. Used to like Mace the Ace when he played arrers.

Low blows aside this is a terrific performance from Welborn. He's performing out of his skin.

Smith is so biased if you listen to him Macklin is a counter puncher that no one can see but him and a defensive genius.
