Maybe he's not needed, but perhaps Brook would like a cut of that sweet sweet PPV money?

How many actually believe he's injured? And how many think this has been shelved because they couldn't sell it PPV?

A poll would have been a handy addition to the OP

Eubanks headlining the show but details for refunds on Monday according to Hearns Twitter.

Still shame for anyone who has tickets Brook v Chaves was a decent fight.

I don't think it's genuine and I also don't think it's ppv related either

I don't think its to do with it not being on PPV even though I think Brook isn't a PPV fighter but does seem iffy specialy as on the Matchroom site it says the fight will take place later this year which looks to be nailed on for the O2 card

Either way he'll have been to hospital. You can go to hospital with an (or non-) injured rib and have it declared fractured by a doctor without anything showing up on x-ray. If you say 'ooh' and 'ahh' at the right time you're sorted as rib fractures do not always show on x-ray.

The sport can be so predictable at times. I imagine it will all get scrapped eventually as most people won't fancy paying brook prices for eubank v a n other

They're offering partial refunds for people who go. Eddie will be well aware of how many tickets the undercard lads have shifted and the Sky money will more than pay for Jr and Tony F*****g Jeter...

Partial refunds? No doubt it's a long winded process that you have to do after the event with your ticket stub. This card is a mess

Full refunds have to be offered surely.
The undercard wasn't inspiring and many of the locals were just there for the headliner.

I've got a ticket for this, saw Eddie say on twitter more details on Monday about 'refunds and part refunds'. I'll definitely be getting a refund. The card wasn't great anyway when the Brook fight was on, nevermind now!

Can see the conspiracy theorists' point but I think it is genuine, in all honesty I'm surprised they haven't cancelled the show altogether.

And ribs obviously cant be put in a cast or strapped up so kell can just act normal and there's no way of proving it's fake.

 Don't get me wrong I can totally see why people would think that. I just think overall it hurts Matchroom / Eddie / Brook / Sky more by pulling out than having it go ahead.

At this rate I'll just have the football to enjoy.

Unless by some chance West Ham don't win.
Crawford? Didn't realise his fight was on the same night.
Did I get that wrong as well?

Damn you old age, damn you!!!

Fury I agree with given he's not fighting in the UK but I can't agree re Dec 12th at all - at present there are two fights known; Joshua v Whyte and O'Sullivan v Eubank. That's never PPV without a could of world title fights.

Surely Joshua Whyte wouldnt sell a ppv on its own, or have we become that daft and desperate. In all reality Joshua Whyte could quite easily be a one round fight ffs!
