Lennox Lewis to beat Razor Ruddock - I endured a lot of ridicule by predicting that Lewis would beat Ruddock, although I will admit to predicting a points win. I never imagined for one second that Lewis would decimate Ruddock without even getting out of second gear.

Holyfield to beat Tyson - This is a curious one, because before the start of the fight, I thought that Tyson would win, but it would be one of his hardest fights & he might have to get off the floor to win, but I completely changed my mind after the end of the second round when I proudly announced to my mates that Holyfield would KO Tyson in 10!

They all laughed at me, but I could sense after that round that Tyson was not a match for Evander & that wouldn't have the mettle to deal with him.

Manny P to stop ODLH. I said nine rounds, though.

Although, TBF, Frotchey to outpoint Abraham was a good call, even if I do say so myself. Thought AA was a bit of a bully who'd shell up once he found he couldn't push Carl around & that Abraham didn't have the skills to compensate.

I picked Pavlik over Taylor.

Over the years, despite put loads of hours of study into my boxing bets- I'm well down.
Two of my biggest wins came from chucking a few quid on when I'd had a few with no research.

I backed Froch to beat Bute in the 5th and backed on Kiko Martinez to stop Bernard Dunne in the 1st

First bet I ever placed was Danny Williams to beat Tyson (think it was about 6/1)

Most accurate was saying Mayweather to bust Hatton up and stop him in round 10.

I've obviously had my share of shockers too.

Laszlo Bognar to stop Michael Gomez.

Lewis/Rahman at about 9/1 for the win, crazy odds for the round stoppage

Cotto/Margarito, by stoppage.

I backed McDonough to beat Gomez, based soley on seeking the state of Gomez at a few shows I'd been to.

Got the correct round for haye to beat Enzo and then in the monte Barrett fight....I was flying after those couple thought I couldn't lose...since then done alright at getting the results but struggling with round betting now.

Not many... and especially poor and lean pickings at heavyweight.

But I got some of the big Brit MW and SMW fights right down the years.

There was some confusion because we wasn't sure if it was 10 or 11th with the bell ringing whrn he was on the stool. Few years back now but was about 33/1 and 40/1 paid for my weekend in Madchester the Britainan hotel class

Haha, not so much. Enjoy his fights thiugh. There was massive value backing against him given how much the betting markets overrated him.
