Brook, Selby, Frampton they all have one good wins on there records but none of them are properly tested.
Flanaghan, Crolla, McDonnell, Smith are the second tier.
Quigg, Haskins, are not the real champions.
Eubank is not a champion at all.
Haskins most certainly IS the real IBF champ. Ok, he didn't win the belt but he won the interim title and when the official champ is unprofessional enough to miss even the weight class above, he's rightly elevated.
On a second thought there was a title match and the other guys missed the weight, so that makes him a true champion. Originally I was referring to interim title, which means nothing and elevation which is BS.

Wasn't Eubank stripped of his interim belt anyway?
Even so, you can't count interim title holders as they are effectively holding a belt for being number 1 contender.
Of the other title holders, I had Brook as number 1 but could easily make a case for Selby, DeGale and Frampton.
However, at this stage, they all need to make a few defences against better quality opposition to stand out as being a great champion.

Hmm
Kell is number one for me followed by Degale. Both very good fighters who could go on to do some big things.
I'd go for whoever wins from Frampton and Quigg next followed by Selby. After that I'm not sure the others are that good with the exception of Flannagan who I haven't seen. Crolla could go on to be good but he's not at the same level as the top champs yet

I think Frampton is the most talented of the bunch, though it's a close call between he and Kell Brook. Fury will have a very short reign.
