I believe that he will get a telling off but not lose his license for a suspended sentence but being a law abiding citizen, I can't confirm 100% as such matters don't concern me.

Unfortunately I don't think so, I hope he does just get a telling off, IMO he and others should be allowed to carry on boxing has that is there job, there way of making a living, if you got into a altercation on a night out would you be stopped from working while on that sentence period from Land Rover or any other place of work, I don't think so, but could be wrong, but as far as I'm aware of the rules they state that while you are serving any sentence for a criminal offence/conviction you will not be allowed to box, this also includes suspended sentences, community service, probation etc.

I knew that applied to probation and the remainder of a sentence when released early etc but unsure how suspended sentences were viewed.

I don't know about superior knowledge mate hahah, i could be wrong so don't hold me too it but I think that's correct, Phil Jones 'phil the whip" who posts on here would know 100%, now his knowledge is superior haha

To be fair mate its not the same.

A boxer has trained professionally to use his fists as a weapon. Shouldn't be going around punching the public.

Plus there is a responsibility as a role model which is there whether it is wanted or not.

When you punch as lightly as Frankie; I don t think it's important.

Frankie is clearly a scrote and wrong un. The UK team came down to my old amateur gym to spar... Gavin's balance and timing were phenomenal. Such a natural. He had a teenagers body though. I thought he would get a nutritionist and get serious as a pro, but never happened. Later that day him and BJS were caught trying to break into one of the trainer's motorcycle box.

Depends really. If i went out and did that, I'd lose my job. Criminal records can cost you in certain industries

Spot on every applicant boxer has the consequences of getting into trouble outside the ring at their interview for their licence its at least a 40 minute speech on all aspects of dos and donts in and out of the ring Frankie would have heard of all of this at his interview that I can guarantee and ur right lee the easiest way to avoid all of this is not get involved in trouble

People forget boxers are fighters, when your a fighter and your in a situation it's hard not to get involved. It just shows he's a normal guy to me!

There are very few occasions when a boxer (or anyone) HAS to fight out in the real world. I noticed at the last big show I was at that there was a lot of attitude strutting around at ringside but all the boxers there were relaxed and just enjoying the show.
