Klitchko already says he wants rematch. Can't see Fury going to Germany again, why, he's not "the man", not Wlad. Fights worth just as much in the UK.

Not sure about this, Fury was never selling out massivley and most people wouldn't pay in the UK to see Vlad

He wasn't, but then he wasn't fighting anyone of any note whatsoever. He's now undisputed heavyweight champion of the world - the most prestigious title in boxing, arguably the whole of sport. He could potentially give boxing the same shot of adrenalin to boxing as McGregor has given the UFC. A marmite character with huge personality and crossover "appeal". Don't be surprised to see him pop up on TV shows like Jonathan Ross (is that still on?) to build his profile.

Not only that, why would you give up home advantage when, in reality, ticket sales are only a tiny fraction of the income of the fight. Something like 200 countries bought TV rights for the fight, can't see there being many less if it's in UK.

What I mean is that with his history, popularity etc, even taking into account he is now champion, coupled with the fact that that Vlad performance and to be honest the last will have cooled the German fans a tad I think that it would be 50/50 over there or in the UK regards appeal and bums on seats

Unless there were "options" written into the contract you can bet Mick Henessey will be wanting to make a good drink off the rematch too. He can certainarly add to his stable and move into mainstream with the undisputed HW champion of the world on his books.

Fury said that the rematch clause is in Germany.

"There’s a rematch clause,” Fury revealed to Boxing News. “It’s back in Germany. I had to agree to it for the fight but I get a higher percentage of the money if we fight a second time.”

Could always negotiate that I suppose.

Are these clauses legally binding though?
