Garcia KO'd Khan, beat Peterson (the other most recent guy to beat Khan), and schooled Matthysse (the next highest ranked guy in the division at the time). I would rank Alexander above Maidana if Alexander KO'd Maidana, beat Maidana's other most recent conqueror (Mayweather), also beat the next highest ranked guy in the division (Pacquiao), and was undefeated. Are you telling me that you wouldn't rank Alexander above Maidana if Alexander was undefeated, KO'd Maidana, beat Mayweather, and schooled Pacquiao?
Haha didn't even answer my question, do you always answer a question with a question?
Your analogy was lazy garbage, my analogy was precise down to the smallest detail.
Flaws in your analogy
-Devon Alexander has 4 losses, 3 of which come after the Maidana win. Garcia has 0 losses ever.
-Outside of Alexander's win over Maidana, Alexander has never supplemented that win by dominantly beating the highest ranked fighter in the division other than himself. Garcia was #1 when Matthysse was #2, and Garcia schooled Matthysse.
-Alexander beat Maidana by a fine margin, but Garcia beat Khan by an utterly dominant margin.
-Outside of the Alexander-Maidana match-up, Maidana's resume soared by beating Broner and unofficially beating Mayweather. Outside of Garcia-Khan, Khan has another loss pulling him down, and his wins have not been as exceptional.
It seems that if the Current Scene has diminished in quality, then it's likely as a result of your horrible analogies, not as a result of my good analogies. Perhaps you should find an example where fighter B is ranked higher than fighter A, despite the fact that fighter A is undefeated, still in his prime, has dominated fighter B, has dominated other elite fighters, has beaten one of fighter B's other conquerors, while fighter B has multiple losses and hasn't notched any elite wins since the defeat.

alexander was always a better boxer then Maidana, but when you get a street fighter who wants to win with all his heart he will stop most boxers
This isn't about who beats who its about who has a better resume at the weight to earn a higher ranking. What is it you don't understand?

I imagine that you stopped reading in your early teens and never finished high school, but that has nothing to do with this discussion.

Alexander's finished, Maidana's finished, these things aren't relevant. The point is, Danny Garcia dominated Khan and also has the superior resume outside of that fight, so he has him absolutely trumped. This would be like comparing Guillermo Rigondeaux to Nonito Donaire or comparing Andre Ward to Mikkel Kessler. It's one thing when Ricardo Mayorga beats Vernon Forrest, but Forrest has the better resume than Mayorga outside of their fights; or when Vernon Forrest beats Shane Mosley, but Mosley has the better resume outside of their fights. But when a fighter wins head-to-head and also holds the more elite other wins and less condemning other losses, it's the utter trump, and there's no way around it.

This is about ranking fighters at WW not what they did at a lower weight. Garcia should have at least 1 loss on his record anyway.

In my view they are both below the top dogs of the division and need to prove themselves.

How does Garcia unequivocally rate higher then Khan at WW? He was in close fights with Herrera and Peterson recently that could easily have gone either way and doesn't have 1 top 15 win on his WW resume.
The guys clearly above Khan are Pac, Brook, Bradley, Thurman and Porter. So Khan is 6th for me and we be getting about $10 million to get knocked out by Brook in the summer.
Because Danny KTFO Khan, unequivocally.
3 years ago at a different weight, would you rank Alexander above Maidana?
I would favor Alexander over Maidana if they fought in 2016.
You have no answer for Khan being KTFO by Garcia, period.
Rationalize until the day you die, you have nothing.

Haha again you show how you don't even understand the question, I never asked would win between Alexander and Maidana but who should be RANKED higher, your really not worth bothering with you don't understand and your acting like a child.
Btw he didn't KTFO khan the ref stopped it while Khan was on his feet, that's called a TKO...

Maidana should not be ranked at all. He is essentially retired.
Actually, the ref nearly got Khan killed. Amir did not have enough sense to lift his gloves after the 1st KD.
But continue with your rationalization about how Khan should be ranked ahead of the dude who nearly took his head off.
You have nothing. There is no reasonable argument to rank Khan above Danny, period.
