Don't normally respond to the trolls but the Berto comment about better career than GGG could potentially be the most stupid comment I've ever read.
Honestly if I was a family member I would be worried and would take you for a mental evaluation.

Ricky that post is even over the top for Brut.
I think we have a winner for the stupidest crap ever posted not only on Boxrec. But the entire internet.
I give up on humanity after reading this.

If by "better career" Undefeated means Berto has fought and beat better fighters, he might just have a point.
The fact that you lil g huggers just knee jerked without thinking says more about you than 49-0.
And BTW, the "Quillin Unprofessional" post is in the clubhouse as most idiotic in recent memory here.

Exactly, go look at all the bums GGG has fought. Not one person on GGG's resume comes close', hell even triple G is nowhere near Mayweather's league.

So now you're trying to convince everyone that one fighter being a Two Time Champion is not a better career than a fighter who just recently acquired a championship?
Wow, I guess 1+1 does not equal 2 in your world either.

Bradley deserves the fight as much as anyone else. And i don't think it's a forgone conclusion Manny wins this. Tough fight for Pac. I'm looking forward to it.

He's already fought him twice. It's boring.
It's not like the first two were classics.
Pacquiao should fight someone new.

Major sanctioning bodies only?
Berto
WBC welter ('08)
IBF welter ('11)
interim WBA welter ('15)
Golovkin
interim WBA ('10, later elevated to full)
interim WBC ('14)
IBF ('15)
Not a huge difference at all and Berto actually has more full titles won.
And, oh yeah, he has fought better competition.
The more you look at it, the better Undefeated's take gets...

Titles don't really matter by themselves.

I am.
One guy has fought and beat superior competition.
And it aint the guy some of you think it is.

Golovkin (black) and Berto's (red) best 5 results:
Martin Murray
Daniel Geale
David Lemieux
Carlos Quintana
Matthew Macklin
Luis Collazo
Floyd Mayweather Jr (loss)
Marco Antonio Rubio
Juan Urango
Victor Ortiz (loss)
The order could be a lot different, but I don't see how Berto wins.

Faced far better competition and you still don't get it, not to mention being a two time champion but somehow y'all think GGG's career is better, lol

Mayweather is the only fighter that can be classed as far better than Golovkin's best opponents.

I think you are over-rating lil g's competition.
Murray is probably the best he ever faced and he has never won a title.
Geale is probably second- one title.
By contrast, Josecito Lopez has won a silver belt just like Murray.
Jon Zavek won an IBF title.
Quintana won a WBO title...over Paul Williams
Collazo has a WBA title
Urango is a former IBF champion
Hell, even Steve Forbes is a former belt holder and has fought everyone.
You really don't want to start comparing the level Berto has fought to the level lil g has fought.

Wow, Berto VS GGG ...
I would say this is about Berto. He gave fans exactly what they've asked for.
Instead of building a fan base around his exciting action fights, he got criticized and hated.
Why did it work for Ward and Gatti but not Berto?
I know HBO hyped him too much. But what does that have to do with "action and excitement"?
Berto gave the fans more exciting and memorable fights than GGG, by far.
Mention Gatti ... "oh man I remember this crazy all out action fight ..."
Mention Berto ... "he's a bum"
Think about Berto's recent fights.
Lopez, Karass, Guerrero, Zaveck, Ortiz, Quintana, Urango, Collazo ... look how far I'm going back.
All f'ing slugfest. All classic wars.
Why no huge fan following?
Isn't he giving you guys what you want?

Right...because fighting Oscar De La Hoya, Marco Antonio Barrera, Erik Morales, Juan Manual Marqez, Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito was simply feeding him scrubs.
You are such a fvcking idiot. Your hatred for Pacquiao is unreal. Even after your idol defeated him you are still unhappy and ragging on Manny even though your idol decided to take a far easier final fight than the one Manny is doing.
Actually I was referring to Manny from light weight on.
The weakest beltholder in Diaz
A drained washed up DLH
A washed up Hatton who almost got KTFO by Lazcano earlier that year
A drained plaster damaged Cotto
A slightly better than journeyman Clottey
A drained, wrapless neverwas in Margarito
A shot Mosley
JMM was legit but in-house as was argued
Bradley, a jr welter, also in-house
Rios, a neverwas
Algieri, a jr welter
So the first really legit guy he fights (albeit a little over the hill) completely owns him.
The same way I just owned you.
The only thing you own is a weird disturbing obsession with Manny. You are so obsessed with Manny that you can't even remember what you typed. I will just re-quote what you initially typed:
Arum has done it Pac's whole career, so why should now be any different?

No you don't. And you are going to have to ask someone else about it.
Cuz I am not about to tell you how stupid you look right now.

forbes was a title holder at 130, being used to inflate a career welter's record?
murray drew with sturm for the wba at middle, lost a close one to sergio martinez for the WBC at middle
which i thought was a robbery, lost to GGG, and lost a close one to abraham for the wbo at 168. those are
the only blemishes on murray's record. how is murray fighting GGG at 160 even being put in the same
conversation as berto fighting steve forbes at welter? how does josecito lopez's career at welter compare
to murray's at middle? that's another really bizarre comparison. in his first fight at welter he was losing
on all 3 cards to ortiz who had to retire from an injury, got ko'd at 154 by canelo then came back down
to welter to get ko'd by maidana in his next fight. what accomplishment at welter put's lopez in the same
conversation as murray at middle? urango also briefly held a title in the next division down, but what
accomplishments at welter put him in the same conversation as murray, geale, lemieux fighting GGG
at middle? geale had 2 major titles at middle and his only "losses" were really close fights against top
5 guys. lemieux was a unification fight. i am NOT one of the people on here calling berto a bum. i actually
like the guy and was hoping he would get matched with broner, but these goofy arguments really make
you look crazy. you're comparing GGG fighting top ranked middleweights to berto fighting guys at welter
who have no accomplishments at all in that division.

You are placing yourself on the level of Ricky who has been repetitively owned by KoolC and myself.
I can point out thousands of boxers who had "great results" and still never earned a title or even a shot at one for that matter. The minute GGG gets another title in another weight class I guarantee that there will be tons of folks here talking about how he is a two division titleholder and whatnot.
I'm not necessarily knocking GGG, I was just doing a comparison based on their achievements and in the end Berto has achieved more regardless of whether or not you like him, hate me or agree with Ricky.
