He's won me over aswell.
I backed him to lose to Dirrell and Groves. He completly outboxed and outworked them.
Any Jack/Abraham/DeGale combo would be good. Impossible to pick the divisions best. I edge Abraham.

he won every round on all 3 cards before tko'ing him, didn't he? lol
was he rated 37 or 43 or something else at the time? what are you going by?
No he didn't. Wilder didn't unanimously win every round against Molina or Duhaupas, and while he deserved significant leads that hardly means that he didn't show signs of vulnerability. At the same time he's obviously far from a 'joke' and I think several of the fighters mentioned are more vulnerable than he is.
When I think of vulnerable champions Jorge Linares is one of the first to come into my mind, even though he's quite arguably the top guy in his division; I just can't shake the feeling that he's a moment away from some sort of calamity.
His Mitchell win doesn't look as good now after the weekend.
I also have Linares at #1 in the division but I've got a feeling Flanagan could potentially just walk right through him.

DeGale is #1 for me, but I agree that Badou Jack has proven a lot of people wrong this year.

I also think Liam Smith might come unstuck against a slickster ie Erislandy Lara at Light Middleweight. Any thoughts on Victor Ramirez?
I think you should probably change that line to "Liam Smith would not stand a snowball in hell's chance against Erislandy Lara, because he is levels and levels below him in every concievable department!" or something to that effect.
It's nowt to do with styles, Smith is one of the weaker world champions and is fortunate to have been given the path he was to a title. Many people had Lara beating a p4p ranked fighter and now that Canelo has moved up Lara is without question the no1 light middleweight on the planet, he's walk through Beefy and if he didn't stop him I'd predict a scorecard in the region of 120-105 across the board.

Yeah, having the divisional number one going life and death with Mitchell (even though I thoroughly enjoyed the fight) is a sign that the division isn't as strong as it once was. Particularly considering Burns and Katsidis dealt with Mitchell with comparative ease, and neither were ever considered number one themselves.

I'd go Roman Martinez as being vulnerable aswell.
If Walters does officially move up I see him going after Martinez. He's the weakest champion but the strongest name stateside.
On a side note I'd love to see someone put the money up to get Uchiyama a fight in America. Great fighter.
