x 2 and for the same reasons.

I think Helenius would be a good choice.

I'm sure it will be Malik Scott. That's what 's been talked about.

Price or Whyte would sell, but I think both want to build rather than cash out.

All these dangerous guys like Pulev and Thompson and Ustinov... I'm sure Haye would beat them. But he's far too risk adverse.

It'll be the shittest person with the biggest name, and then a big fight

Begrudgingly I am glad to see him back. I was a huge fan and can probably find it in myself to be so again. I'd probably cheer him against Joshua

Joshua will fight Glazkov for WBA belt. Haye will fight another low risk opponent possibly on the undercard. Then we will have massive PPV/Wembley clash for WBA title, AJ vs Haye late 2016 or 2017.

Browne Chagaev winner is a good option. Both easy work for Haye. Malik Scott is also a possibility. Will crumble after the first haymaker.

Well that fell at first hurdle ;-)

He needs to fight the highest ranked fighter available through the IBF. Winning that title will put him in a slightly better position financially going forward which seems to be his main focus.

could'nt cvare less ,, just cannot believe that people actually got excited enough about this debacle to even talk about it ,, It should'nt of even been allowed , de mori had no right being in that ring and Haye , his management , his promoter and the authorities all knew ,, and if they did'nt they should be SACKED ,, IT WAS A COMPLETER mismatch FROM START TO FINISH

I suspect any genuinely dangerous prospect is going to have a hard time getting a shot at the guys at the top for a while.

Fury vs Wlad is tied up and I think Tyson might feel due and easy defence or 2 if he comes through that.
If Wilder has to face Povetkin (which I think he might try to find a way out of) will not take any similarly risky assignments IF he manages to get past the dangerous Russian.
And I'm not sure what will happen with the newly crowned IBF champion Martin, but unless he is quickly forced into a difficult mandatory I see him taking the easy route for the next year minimum.

Bloody knee injury ruined my beautiful plan. :verysad:

So, my optimism was based on the suggestion from Duva that Glazkov welcomed Joshua fight if he won. Now that Martin got it, we know what is going to happen. Al will protect him till doomsday ducking anyone with pulse and WBA is the shitiest organization with no hope for a mandatory.

So, I am afraid AJ and Haye will have to get it on with no belts on the line.

If Big Daddy beats Chagaev, AJ and Haye will both clamor for him. Very winnable fight and very sellable as well.

Nailed it.

What Haye wants from this comeback is AJ, at Wembley on Box Office. If he wins, then title shots will follow. If he loses, he walks off into the sunset with his share of one of the richests fights in British history.

Spot on. We'll see another fairly awful C list blow outs. The casuals will lap it up which will eventually lead to a ppv title fight. It's what he's come back for.

I know he joked he'd box for nothing, but have a feeling he may be very difficult to negotiate with, which is likely to prove the only stumbling block.

That would spice up their rivalry, that's for sure. :TU:

Haye should fight every 2 months to get sharp, literally just get out there and smash the EU level fighters up, and on terrestrial TV to build his fan base up again. This can be another 80k Wembley sellout which he will be the favorite. Haye can drop Wilder, Fury & AJ in the same year.

went for chris arreola, known well in the USA and more than a decent opponent who should give Haye around 4-6 rounds

Haye is semi retired.

There's no way he'd fight every two months or so.

I nearly choked on my fig roll when he said that - if his nephew challenged him to an arm wrestle after Christmas dinner, he'd probably charge his family to watch.

I doubt a fight with Fury will come off at all unless its Haye who is bringing a belt to the table if Fury loses his. Would fury want to be involved with someone who has a history of pulling out of fights? Fury has been on the end of that one already.

I'm not sure who Haye will fight next, maybe a heavyweight from New Zealand who has a top 10 ranking ( ) or from one of those more obscure islands that has top 10 contenders coming out of its ears.

Presently I have no good words to say about Haye has he has cost me hard earned money in cancellation fees and if you think last nights fight (I have not seen it yet) was for 'his' fans you have to be bark raving insane. Haye most likely earned a huge packet not only through him fighting but he promoted it and most likely did the tv deal and the commercial deals and any other deal available to him on that night. Bollocks to him not having my money again but thats not 100% as I want to see him knocked out. I think however he will already have a top 10 ranking himself now and will worm his way into a title fight after 1 more fight. Its a sorry state of affairs at the moment. I just hope Fury does not back down and give him a chance of the cherry.

100% with you on this. Haye is a leech. Also he says fury wont fight him, well fckin einstein i wonder why!! He wasted a yeat of fury's career plus he has cost ex fans thousands. I used to like Haye, when he was a cruiser he was top, seems it all went to his head, too many birds and too much money

Let's have it right, if Haye wants to cancel a fight for whatever reason that's his prerogative.

He's the one putting himself through murder every day in the gym. He's the one getting smashed in the face on fight night. He's the one pissing blood for a week afterwards.

"Fans" may have lost out financially - that's unfortunate but not really his concern. He's in the game to earn the most money he can - they all are

I figure he probably fights another 1 or 2 soft touches not much more dangerous than this De Mori character. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I dont agree with this at all. If a boxer pulls out of a fight because he has a sore toe thats just taking the piss. If a boxer pulls out of a fight because he hurts his shoulder then shows a photo of himself in a hospital bed, then a few days later shows another photo of himself swinging a baseball bat, again thats taking the piss. its the fans who has made his fortune, without that base you have nothing. Plus I very much doubt that Haye was pissing blood all Sunday morning either.
